Welcome to Jiu-Jitshoe — where footwear meets fight culture. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Jiu-Jitshoe. When you use our site or shop with us, you’re stepping onto our mat. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules of engagement.
By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, no hard feelings — but you shouldn’t use the site.

You must be at least the age of majority in your area to use our Services (or have permission from your parent/guardian). You’re responsible for the accuracy of your info, keeping your account secure, and not passing your login around like a gym towel.

We do our best to show off our gear accurately, but screens can play tricks. Colors, sizes, or appearance might look a little different in real life. Descriptions may change, products may come and go — and yes, sometimes we’ll limit sales to certain people or places. (Many images currently used on the website are renders. These will be updated with actual product photos when we are in full production.)

Placing an order is like slapping hands and bumping fists — it’s an offer to roll. We can accept or decline any order at our discretion. We can’t always cancel once an order is in motion, so double-check your cart before checking out. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy.

Prices can change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and duties are extra unless otherwise stated. You promise your payment details are correct, authorized, and that your card won’t get rejected mid-transaction.

We’ll hand your order off to trusted carriers, but once it’s on their truck, it’s out of our hands. Delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Customs, weather, and other curveballs can cause delays.

Everything on this site — logos, designs, copy, photos, graphics — belongs to us or our partners. Don’t copy it, rip it, or reuse it without written permission. Respect the brand; we’ll respect you.

We may provide access to third-party tools or link out to other sites. They’re provided “as-is,” with no guarantees. If you click away from our site, you’re on your own.

Our store is powered by Shopify, but your deal is with us, Jiu-Jitshoe. Shopify isn’t responsible for your purchases — we are.
