We get it — sometimes the fit isn’t right, or maybe you just tapped out too soon. No worries. We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your Jiu-Jitshoes land on your doorstep.
âś… To Qualify for a Return
Your item needs to come back in the same condition you got it:

Unworn, unused, and clean (no post-open-mat funk, please)

In the original packaging, with tags attached
-
With your receipt or proof of purchase
📬 How to Start a Return
Shoot us an email at info@wearjiujitshoe.com to request a return. Once approved, we’ll hook you up with a return shipping label and instructions.
👉 Pro tip: Don’t send anything back without authorization — unannounced packages will get passed like a bad guard.
⚡ Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The quickest path is to return your item and then place a new order. That way, you lock in what you want right away.
đź’Ą Damages & Issues
If your order shows up damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, let us know immediately. We’ll review it and make it right, no questions asked.
đźš« Non-Returnable Items
We can’t take back:

Custom or personalized gear

Gift cards

Anything marked as final sale
(Also, we don’t deal in flammable liquids, hazardous materials, or perishables… but if you’re trying to return a sandwich, you’re in the wrong place anyway.)
🌍 EU Customers
If you’re in the EU, you’ve got a 14-day “cooling off” period by law. Same rules apply: unworn, unused, with tags and packaging intact.
đź’ł Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If yes, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider might need extra time to post it.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, email us at info@wearjiujitshoe.com and we’ll chase it down.
